Partial Wedding Planning

We understand that every couple is unique and therefore we specialize in creating partial planning packages that offer exactly what you need. We’ll go over all of the things you’ve already planned or thought of and then make sure you hit your planning goals leading up to your big day. Together, we’ll step in and take over where you’ve left off to make sure everything gets done.
Vendor research and selection, contract negotiation, and logistical trouble shooting are a few items that we will help you with in those first few weeks of working together. We will take over vendor communication, direct every involved professional, tie up any loose ends, and be your representative throughout the entire day of the event to execute every last detail. Along with day of/month of coordination, this package helps you stay on top of all of your needs and lets your ride the rest of the wedding planning process stress free.
90 Day Event Management
For those couples who need that little extra help for a longer time frame, Events by U offers an exclusive 90 day coordination and management of your event as your manager, point-of-contact, and facilitator. We are able to not only guide you through your vendor selection but can attend meetings, tastings, and other appointments in alongside you in those last weeks leading up to the big day
Month - Of Coordination
For the couple who have planned everything up to the month of your wedding, Events by U will flasslessly execute their plan. We'll manage all the final details so that you ca enjoy your day at ease. We will be by your side on the most important day, allowing you to enjoy every moment.
We’ll start working closely with you six weeks prior to the event and create a day of timeline, We’ll confirm details with vendors and tie up loose ends to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We’ll even set up and break down wedding and décor items, leaving you and your loved ones to enjoy every moment of the day. You’ve worked hard to make this day wonderful and we’re here to support you and handle every detail.
